Trailer Valet is happy to accept returns within 60 days of delivery. All eligible returns will be issued a full refund of the original purchase amount.
To be eligible for return:
1. You must contact us within 60 days of receiving your Trailer Valet product.
2. You must provide us with a tracking number for the returned item within 10 days of initiating your return.
Upon receiving the returned item(s), Trailer Valet will review and if the item is determined to be in good condition, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Trailer Valet does not pay for return shipping on returned items.
No returns will be accepted after 60 days of receipt. Trailer Valet reserves the exclusive right to determine if a returned item is in good condition.
